ACCESSING YOUR STUDENT LOAN
Because ACS is our student loan servicer, you may access your Federal Campus-Based Program Student Loan and/or your UMC Institutional Student Loan on-line. You may change your address, make your student loan payment, or determine a deferment end date. ACS has all of the information about your Federal Campus-Based Program Student Loan and/or your UMC Institutional Student Loan. If you would like to access your Federal Campus-Based Program Student Loan and/or your UMC Institutional Student Loan by telephone, then please call ACS at 1-800-826-4470 between the hours of 7:00AM until 6:00PM Central Standard Time Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

You may make payments using your VISA or MasterCard over the telephone by calling 1-601-984-1035 between the hours of 8:00AM until 4:30PM Central Standard Time Monday through Friday excluding UMC holidays.
