STUDENT REQUIRED TRAVEL  

Students enrolled in some SHRP programs are required to travel for affiliations and SOM M4 students are required to travel for clinical skills examinations.  Therefore, special consideration for Federal Student Aid due to additioanl travel expenses not considered in the travel allowance in the standard cost of attendance may be requested.  Please understand that you may not receive a dollar for dollar reimbursement.

1. Students may request special consideration for funds prior to travel.  However, request must be no later than February 28th.
   1. a. Reimbursement form must be completed within 30 days of scheduled returns or account adjustments will be reversed.
2. Students may request special consideration for funds upon return from travel within 30 days of travel.  You must complete both the application and the reimbursement form.
